Welcome to Tan Son Tour Application. To use the Application, please read carefully and accept the Terms and policies below.

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

- The Tan Son District Smart Tourism Application is developed by IGB Joint Stock Company and operated by the Tan Son District People's Committee. The participating members are the tourism management agency - Tan Son District People's Committee in charge of tourist areas in the area; businesses, organizations, individuals with legal commercial activities and tourists ("Users").

- Products and services participating in transactions must fully comply with relevant legal regulations, not falling under the cases of prohibited business or advertising according to the provisions of law. The purchase and sale of goods and provision of services through the Tan Son Tour application must be carried out publicly, transparently, ensuring the rights of consumers.

(1)    The following terms (“Terms of Service”) describe the terms and conditions that apply to your access to and use of the Services provided by UBND Huyen Tan Son and any related software and products. This document is a legally binding agreement between you and UBND Huyen Tan Son. To access and use the Services, you must register for an account through the Tan Son Tour application (“Account”). When we say “you” or “your”, we mean the owner, agent or employee of the Account registering for the Services.

(2)    These Terms of Service apply to all Services owned and provided by UBND Huyen Tan Son or our Affiliates. By signing up for the Service, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service. Any new features or tools which are added to the current Service shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes. You should check the Terms of Service periodically to be aware of any updates or changes that may affect you.

(3)    All contents in these Terms of Service must comply with the current legal system of Vietnam. When participating, members must understand their legal responsibilities under the current laws of Vietnam and commit to properly implementing the contents of these Terms of Service.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. General information

- Tan Son district is located in the southwest of Phu Tho province, 75km from Viet Tri city. Administrative boundaries: North borders Yen Lap district, East borders Thanh Son district of Phu Tho province, South borders Da Bac district of Hoa Binh province, West borders Van Chan district of Yen Bai province and Phu Yen district of Son La province.

2.2. General definition

- Sellers (Payment acceptance points): are small and medium-sized enterprises, family businesses, traders, and individuals who are approved by the People's Committee of Tan Son District to use the Services provided by the People's Committee of Tan Son District and related parties. Through the Tan Son Tour application, Seller(s) create booths to display, introduce and perform other activities to provide Products to Buyers. In addition, the application also provides tools for Sellers to record order transactions, revenue and expenditure, and manage stores and underlying debt transactions during the process of organizing business and buying and selling.

2.3. Users: includes both Sellers and Buyers

- Members must register to initially declare relevant personal information, be officially recognized by the Board of Directors and be allowed to use the service. Members can create an account to use or operate. Members can receive information about products and programs.

2.4. Board

- The Management Board is a group that develops and operates tourism management and business applications, authorized by the People's Committee of Tan Son District to be responsible for and manage the Services and related issues.

2.5. Privacy

- People's Committee of Tan Son District takes the security of your information seriously. To protect the rights of Users, People's Committee of Tan Son District provides a separate Privacy Policy to explain in detail the privacy practices of People's Committee of Tan Son District. Please refer to the Privacy Policy to understand how People's Committee of Tan Son District collects and uses information related to the User's Account and/or use of the Services ("User Information"). These Terms of Service are closely related to the Privacy Policy. By using the Services or providing information on tansontour.vn, Users:

- Allow the People's Committee of Tan Son District to collect, use, disclose and/or process your personal content, data and User Information for the purpose of improving product quality and customer care, as specified in the Privacy Policy;

- Agree and acknowledge that the information provided on the Tan Son Tour application will be owned by you; and you have the right to request deletion of this data at any time.

- Will not, directly or indirectly, disclose User Information to any third party, or in any way allow any third party to access or use your User Information.

- In the event that a User possesses personal data of another User through the use of the Service (“Information Recipient”), it hereby agrees that it will (i) comply with all legal regulations on the protection of personal information security related to such information; (ii) allow the User who is the owner of the personal information collected by the Information Recipient (“Information Disclosing Party”) to delete his/her information collected from the Information Recipient’s database; and (iii) allow the Information Disclosing Party to review the information collected about him/her by the Information Recipient, in accordance with or as required by applicable legal regulations.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- UBND Huyen Tan Son grants Members the relevant rights to access and use the Services subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service. All proprietary Content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and other intellectual property (“Intellectual Property”) displayed on doanhungtour.vn are owned by UBND Huyen Tan Son and third party owners, if any. No party accessing doanhungtour.vn is granted any right or license directly or indirectly to use or copy any Intellectual Property, nor is any party accessing the site entitled to claim any right, title or interest in or to the Intellectual Property. By using or accessing the Service, you agree to comply with the copyright, trademark, service mark, and any other applicable laws that protect the Service, the Travel Management and Business, and the Site Content.

- You agree not to copy, distribute, republish, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, adapt, rent, sell, or create derivative works of any portion of the Service of the tourism management and business application and the Content of the application. You may not mirror or edit any part or all of the content of the Tan Son Tour application on any server or as part of any other website without the written consent of the People's Committee of Tan Son District. In addition, you agree that you will not use any robot, spider or any other automatic device or manual method to monitor or copy the Content of the People's Committee of Tan Son District without the prior written consent of the People's Committee of Tan Son District (this consent is deemed to apply to basic search engines on internet search websites that link users directly to that website).

- Any software provided by UBND Huyen Tan Son to Users is subject to these Terms of Service. UBND Huyen Tan Son reserves all rights to the software not expressly granted by UBND Huyen Tan Son hereunder. Any scripts or code, linked to or referenced from the Service, are licensed to you by the third parties that own such scripts or code, not by UBND Huyen Tan Son.

4. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

(1) Certain features of our Services require you to register for an Account by entering your personal phone number as a username (“Username”) and password and providing certain personal information. You may use your Account to access other products, websites or services to which the People’s Committee of Tan Son District has enabled, is affiliated with or collaborates. The People’s Committee of Tan Son District has not reviewed and is not responsible for any content, features, security, services, privacy policies, or other practices of those products, websites or services. In the event that you use your Account to access other products, websites or services that People's Committee of Tan Son District has authorized, has a relationship with or is collaborating with, the terms of service of those products, websites or services, including their respective privacy policies, will still apply when you use those products, websites or services even if these terms of service are different from the Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy of People's Committee of Tan Son District.

(2) You agree to (a) keep your password confidential and use only your Username and password when logging in, (b) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, and (c) immediately notify the People's Committee of Tan Son District of any unauthorized use of your Account, Username and/or password. You shall be responsible for all activities under your Username and Account, including any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your password or from the User's failure to comply with these Terms.

(3) You agree that the People's Committee of Tan Son District has the right to immediately delete the User's Account and Username, remove or delete from the Tan Son Tour Application any Content related to the User's Account and Username for any reason with or without notice or liability to the User or any third party. Grounds for such actions may include (a) prolonged inactivity of the Account and Username, (b) violations of the letter or spirit of these Terms of Service, (h) conduct that is harmful to other Users, third parties or the economic interests of the People's Committee of Tan Son District. Use of the Account for illegal, fraudulent, harassing, infringing, threatening or abusive purposes may be reported to the competent state agencies according to the provisions of law.

(4) The User may request deletion of the account by notifying in writing to the People's Committee of Tan Son District. However, the User shall remain responsible and liable for any uncompleted transactions (which occurred before or after the account was deleted) or the shipment of goods related to the account requested to be deleted. In such case, according to the Terms of Service, the User shall contact the People's Committee of Tan Son District after promptly and completely performing and completing the uncompleted transactions. The User shall be responsible for his/her request to delete the account.

(5) You may only use the Services and/or open an Account at the People's Committee of Tan Son District if you meet the conditions to accept these Terms of Service.

5. TERMS OF USE

(1) The license to use the Tan Son Tour application is effective until terminated. The license to use will be terminated in accordance with these Terms of Service or in the event that the User violates any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Service. In such event, the People's Committee of Tan Son District may terminate the User's use with or without notice.

(2) Remove any proprietary notices from the People's Committee of Tan Son District

  • Use the Services for the benefit of any third party or in any manner unacceptable under these Terms of Service;
  • Use the Services or post Content for any fraudulent, unreasonable, false, misleading or misleading purpose;
  • Open and operate multiple user accounts in connection with any conduct that violates the terms or spirit of these Terms of Service;
  • Access tansontour.vn Site, open an account or otherwise access your user account through any software or hardware not approved or provided by tansontour.vn, including emulators, simulators, automated software or any software, device or hardware with similar functionality.
  • Editing Other User Content.
  • Take any action that distorts the evaluation or feedback system of the People's Committee of Tan Son District;
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or hack the Services (or any portion thereof); or defeat or overcome any encryption technology or security measures implemented by the People's Committee of Tan Son District with respect to the Services and/or data transmitted, processed or stored by the People's Committee of Tan Son District;
  • Harvest or collect any information regarding another User's Account, including any personal information or data; upload, email, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to do under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under confidentiality agreements);
  • Upload, email, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
  • Disrupt the normal flow of interaction, “scroll” the screen faster than other Users are able to with the Service, or otherwise take action that negatively affects the ability to participate in real trades of other Users,
  • Interfere with, manipulate or disrupt the Service or servers or systems connected to the Service or other Users' use and enjoyment of the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies and regulations for systems connected to UBND Huyen Tan Son;
  • Take any action or conduct that could directly or indirectly destroy, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or servers or systems connected to the Service;
  • Use the Services to knowingly violate applicable local, federal, national or international laws, regulations, rules, directives, guidelines or policies (whether or not in effect). intentionally or unintentionally related to anti-money laundering or anti-terrorism;
  • Use the Services to violate or circumvent any sanctions or embargoes administered or enforced by relevant authorities.
  • Use the Services to violate the privacy of others or to “stalk” or otherwise harass others;
  • Infringing the rights of the People's Committee of Tan Son District, including any intellectual property rights and causing confusion with such rights;
  • Use the Services to collect or store personal data of other Users in connection with prohibited conduct and activities.

(3) User understands that Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, not the People's Committee of Tan Son District, are entirely responsible for the Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on the doanhungtour.vn Site. User understands that by using the sapa-tour.vn Site, you may encounter Content that you consider offensive, indecent or inappropriate. People's Committee of Tan Son District will not be liable for Content, including any errors or omissions in the Content, or any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available on the tansontour.vn Site.

(4) The User acknowledges that the People's Committee of Tan Son District and its designees have the right (but not the obligation) to screen, refuse, delete, stop, suspend, remove or move any Content available on the tansontour.vn Site, including any Content or information you have posted. The People's Committee of Tan Son District has the right to remove Content (i) that violates the Terms of Service; (ii) in the event that the People's Committee of Tan Son District receives a valid complaint under the law from another User; (iii) in the event that the People's Committee of Tan Son District receives a valid notice of intellectual property infringement or legal request for removal; or (iv) for other reasons as prescribed by law. UBND Huyen Tan Son reserves the right to block communications (including status updates, postings, messages and/or chats) on or related to the Service as part of our efforts to protect the Service or UBND Huyen Tan Son's Users, or otherwise enforce the terms of these Terms of Service. User agrees that he/she must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, User acknowledges that he/she has not and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, should not rely on any Content created by UBND Huyen Tan Son or submitted to UBND Huyen Tan Son, including information on Facebook pages.

(5) The User acknowledges and agrees that the People's Committee of Tan Son District may access, maintain and disclose the User's Account information if required by law or by order of a court or government agency or competent state agency requesting the People's Committee of Tan Son District or other reasons as prescribed by law: (a) to comply with legal procedures; (b) to enforce the Terms of Service; (c) to respond to complaints that the Content violates the rights of third parties; (d) to respond to User requests related to customer care; or (e) to protect the rights, property or safety of the People's Committee of Tan Son District, Users and/or the community.

6. TERMS OF SERVICE

Violation of this policy may result in a number of actions, including any or all of the following:

  • Delete product category.
  • Delete debit or revenue and expenditure transactions.
  • Limit the right to use the Account.
  • Suspension and Termination of Accounts.
  • Criminal charges.
  • Apply civil remedies, including claims for damages and/or injunctive relief.
  • Other actions or sanctions under the Operating Regulations or Policies of the Tourism Business and Administration application.

- Provides a tool to support businesses in doing business and promoting products and services.

- Easily build a convenient travel itinerary, saving time.

- During and after using the services of tourism service providers, customers can request support & assistance with real photos/videos to verify information to reflect on the quality of service. Customer feedback will be received, processed or forwarded to relevant agencies for timely handling if there are acts of commercial fraud, false advertising, price gouging, etc.
