In the days leading up to the Lunar New Year 2025, the disbursement of preferential credit programs in the southwestern mountainous region of Phu Tho province is being implemented busily and hurriedly; however, Director of the Social Policy Bank (SPB) of Tan Son district, Tang Tien Sy, still took time with reporters to go to remote villages, meet poor households and ethnic minority families who have used preferential capital from the State to invest in production development and improve their lives.
